Child Safety Policy
Children’s safety is our default priority in content, communication, community and data design.
Last updated: 04 August 2026 · Policy version: 1.0
Our core commitments
Age-appropriate experience
Content, interaction and visibility settings are designed with age-appropriateness in mind. In features for children, unnecessary personal data collection and public profile visibility are limited.
Parent involvement
Child accounts, registration and consent rely on parent or legal guardian involvement in line with applicable requirements. Parent–child links must be verifiable and revocable when needed.
Communication, community and AI
Children’s communication tools use risk-reducing defaults. Reporting, blocking and moderation are kept accessible against inappropriate behaviour, requests for personal information, bullying or suspicious contact. AI-assisted features use protective guidance against dangerous behaviour and inappropriate content.
Reporting and emergencies
You can report any content or behaviour that may affect a child’s safety through our support channel. Reports are recorded confidentially, prioritised by risk level, and the necessary protective steps are assessed.
