This notice explains the core principles for personal data processed when you use UZAYCA services. When data is collected, its purpose, categories, collection method, legal basis, recipients and your rights are stated clearly.
Purposes of processing
Data required for account management, delivering learning services, payment and support processes, security, fraud prevention, legal obligations and improving service quality may be processed.
Retention and security
Data is kept only as long as the purpose and legal retention obligations require. At the end of that period it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised. Access rights, secure development, log monitoring and incident management are run in line with the level of risk.
Your rights and how to apply
Under Article 11 of Turkish Law No. 6698 you may apply through our support channel to obtain information, request correction, deletion or destruction, learn who your data was transferred to, object to automated decisions and claim compensation for damages. Requests are handled with appropriate identity verification and under the applicable procedure.
